بررسی اثرات زیستمحیطی سیاست قیمتگذاری نهادههای شیمیایی کشاورزی در شهرستان علیآباد کتول
با توجه به نقش محوری بخش کشاورزی در عرضه غذا به بشر بهرهبرداری مناسب از منابع خاک و آب ضروری است. به منظور تثبیت پایداری نرخ رشد تولیدات کشاورزی و نگهداری از عناصر حیاتی محیط زیست از تخریبهای ناشی از کاربرد بیش از مقدار نهادههای شیمیایی، وجود سیاست قیمتی مناسب نهادههای شیمیایی ضروری است. بنابراین در این تحقیق تلاش شده است که نسبت به کمی سازی اثرات سیاست قیمتگذاری نهادههای شیمیایی اقدام شود. در این تحقیق از 4 سناریوی قیمتی شامل 50% ، 100%، 200% و 500% افزایش در قیمت نهادههای شیمیایی استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش از هر دو دسته دادههای اولیه و ثانویه استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داده است که سود ناخالص کشاورزان در هر چهار سناریو کاهش یافته و سطح زیر کشت محصولاتی که مقدار بیشتری کود و سم استفاده میکنند کاهش و سطح زیر کشت آنانی که کود و سم کمتری استفاده میکنند افزایش می یابد. با توجه به اینکه سود ناخالص کشاورزان با بکارگیری این سناریوها بخصوص سناریوهای افزایش 200% و 500% قیمت کاهش مییابد، به منظور بکارگیری این سناریوها ارائه مشوقهای مالی و تکنیکی به کشاورزان ضروری است.

انتقال قیمت جهانی و نرخ ارز به قیمت داخلی نهادههای عمده وارداتی دام و طیور در کشور
مطالعه حاضر انتقال قیمت جهانی و نرخ ارز به قیمت داخلی نهادههای عمده وارداتی دام و طیور کشور، یعنی ذرت، کنجاله سویا و جو را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. بدین منظور از روش تصحیح-خطای تک معادلهای (SEECM) در طی دوره زمانی 2000-2017 بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج آزمون های ریشه واحد حاکی از آن است که تمامی متغیرهای مورد بررسی هستند. نتایج برآورد مدل SEECM موید آن است که ضریب تصحیح خطا برای هر سه نهاده معنی دار و دارای علامت منفی است و بیشترین مقدار آن مربوط به قیمت جو (0.25-) و کمترین آن مربوط به ذرت (0.16-) میباشد. روابط تعادلی بلندمدت برآورد شده در مدل SEECM نشان میدهد که برای هر سه نهاده مذکور، قیمت جهانی این کالاها و نرخ ارز اثر مثبت و معنی داری بر قیمتهای داخلی آنها دارد. کشش های انتقال قیمت جهانی ذرت برابر با 0.45، کنجاله سویا 0.44 و جو برابر با 0.28 به دست آمد و کششهای انتقال نرخ ارز بر قیمت داخلی ذرت، کنجاله سویا و جو به ترتیب 0.57، 0.54 و 0.13 محاسبه گردید. ملاحظه گردید نهادههای ذرت و کنجاله سویا از قیمتهای جهانی آنها و نرخ ارز در کشور بیشترین تاثیر را میپذیرند. با توجه به تاثیرپذیری قیمتهای داخلی نهادههای مورد مطالعه از قیمتهای جهانی آنها و نرخ ارز، توصیه میشود دولت در اجرای سیاست تنظیم بازار از سوی وزارت صمت، متناسب با قیمت هدف داخلی این نهادهها از سیاستهای تجاری مناسب مانند نرخ تعرفه متناسب یا سهمیه وارداتی متناسب با نیاز داخل استفاده نموده تا نوسانات قیمت جهانی کمتر به داخل کشور منتقل گردد. از طرف دیگر تخصیص ارز به واردات این نهادهها از سوی بانک مرکزی به موقع صورت گیرید تا شوک کمبودهای موقتی عرضه وارداتی آنها منجر به نوسانات قیمت در بازار نگردد. همچنین نظارت بر فرآیند خرید و توزیع متناسب این نهادهها در اولویت کاری شرکت پشتیبانی امور دام کشور قرار گیرد.

بررسی تاثیر متغیرهای اقلیمی بر عملکرد و ریسک عملکرد محصول گندم دیم با استفاده از الگوهای مبتنی بر گشتاور
عملکرد محصولات کشاورزی و ریسک آن وابسته به شرایط اقلیمی است. پیش بینی ها از تغییرات اقلیمی در سطح جهان و خاورمیانه حکایت از بدتر شدن شرایط اقلیمی برای کشت محصولات کشاورزی می کند. از این رو بررسی چگونگی اثرگذاری متغیرهای اقلیمی بر عملکرد و ریسک تولید محصولات مختلف مورد توجه تولیدکنندگان و سیاست-گذاران کشاورزی می باشد. این مطالعه تلاش نموده تا پیامدهای تغییر در پارامترهای اقلیمی را بر عملکرد و ریسک تولید گندم دیم در مشهد بررسی نماید. در این راستا، از اطلاعات سری زمانی سالانه عملکرد گندم دیم و اطلاعات اقلیمی ماهانه در سطح شهرستان مشهد طی سال های 1370 تا 1396 برای تعیین توابع توزیع احتمال شرطی عملکرد گندم با استفاده از الگوهای رگرسیونی مبتنی بر گشتاور استفاده شده است. پس از آن، تابع توزیع احتمال غیر شرطی از روی توابع احتمال شرطی بدست آورده شده است. در نهایت، با استفاده از روش شبیه سازی تاثیر تغییرات در پارامترهای آب و هوایی بر عملکرد و واریانس توزیع احتمال عملکرد بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که متغیر عامل بارندگی در مرحله دوم رشد رویشی و در مرحله جوانه زنی، کل بارش سالانه و تعداد روزهای با دمای زیر صفر درجه سانتی گراد در مرحله خواب گیاه بیشترین تاثیر را بر عملکرد و ریسک عملکرد گندم دیم در شهرستان مشهد دارند. نتایج شبیه سازی نشان می دهد که متوسط عملکرد بین 21/40+ و 20/49- درصد نسبت به میانگین عملکرد در حالت پایه بسته به اینکه شرایط خوب یا بد آب و هوایی غالب باشد در نوسان خواهد بود. علاوه براین، با توجه به روند صعودی میانگین دمای سالانه و روند نزولی مجموع بارش سالانه طی 26 سال گذشته در شهرستان مشهد، کاهش میانگین عملکرد و افزایش ریسک آن در سال های آینده موردانتظار است. بنابراین، توسعه واریته بذر مناسب با شرایط جدید و یا پیدا نمودن محصول جایگزین مناسب می تواند به عنوان یک راهکار برای مواجهه با چالش تغییر اقلیم در این منطقه پیشنهاد شود.

تأثیرنگرش به ریسک بر بهره وری کل عامل های تولید در زیر بخش زراعت
در جهان کنونی مهم ترین عامل تعیین کننده رشد اقتصادی، ارتقای بهره وری عامل های تولید می باشد. از آنجایی که کشاورزی فعالیتی توأم با ریسک بوده و رفتار کشاورزان تحت تاثیر گرایش های ریسکی شان قرار می گیرد، لذا اتخاذ سیاست های افزایش بهره وری نیازمند دانش کافی از چگونگی تصمیم گیری افراد می باشد. از این رو هدف این بررسی ارزیابی تأثیر ریسک گریزی بر بهره وری کل عامل های تولید در زیربخش زراعت می باشد. برای این منظور اطلاعات لازم از 210 کشاورز شهرستان سراب به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای جمع آوری شد. ضریب ریسک گریزی با به کارگیری مدل برنامه ریزی درجه دوم توام با ریسک (QRP) و بهره وری کل عامل های تولید (TFP) با استفاده از شاخص فیر پریمونت محاسبه شد. برابر نتایج به دست آمده میانگین ضریب ریسک گریزی نسبی و حق بیمه گریز از ریسک به ترتیب 9/2 و 1735000 ریال به دست آمد که بیانگر ریسک گریز بودن بیشتر کشاورزان منطقه می باشد. نتایج مربوط به شاخص TFP نشان داد که طی دوره زمانی 97-1392، محصول سیب زمینی دارای بیشترین و جو دیم دارای کمترین میزان TFP در بین محصول های زراعی مورد بررسی بوده است. بنابر یافته های این بررسی، ریسک گریزی اثر منفی بر بهره وری کل عامل های تولید داشته، بنابراین کاهش شدت ریسک و بهبود مهارت های مدیریت ریسک، بهره وری کل عامل های تولید را افزایش می دهند. همچنین بنابر نتایج بدست آمده افزایش تحصیلات، تجربه، اندازه کشتزار، بعد خانوار، شرکت در کلاس های ترویجی، مالکیت و دریافت تسهیلات بانکی موثرترین روش های بهبود بهره وری کل عامل های تولید محصول های زراعی می باشند.

تاثیر فناوری اینترنت اشیاء بر عملکرد بخش ذخیرهسازی زنجیره تامین محصول راهبردی گندم
زنجیره تأمین گندم همواره یکی از با اهمیتترین مباحث مدیریتی در زمانهای مختلف بوده است. آنچه که زنجیره تأمین این محصول را متمایز میکند اهمیت عواملی همچون احتمال به مخاطره افتادن سلامت و کیفیت گندم و همچنین حجم بالای هدر رفت آن به ویژه در بخش ذخیرهسازی است. برخی از پژوهشگران عقیده دارند که اینترنت اشیاء را میتوان به عنوان یکی از بهترین راهکارهای موجود برای حل مسائل زنجیره تأمین کشاورزی در نظر گرفت. لذا، این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی تأثیر بکارگیری اینترنت اشیاء در بخش ذخیرهسازی زنجیره تامین گندم صورت گرفته است. دادههای این پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه از 54 شرکت خصوصی و دولتی فعال در حوزه ذخیرهسازی گندم در استان خراسان رضوی در سال 1399 فراهم شده است. برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از روش تحلیل عاملی تائیدی، آزمون ویلکاکسون تک نمونهای و آزمون فریدمن استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد بکارگیری اینترنت اشیاء در بخش ذخیرهسازی زنجیره تأمین گندم میتواند پیامدهای مثبت متعددی در حوزههای اقتصادی، عملکردی و بازاریابی به همراه داشته باشد و روی کاهش هزینهها، افزایش درآمد، حفظ کیفیت، بهبود نظارت و افزایش رضایت مشتریان تاثیر مثبت دارد. همچنین، یافتههای این مطالعه نشان داد که افزایش درآمد با میانگین 52/3 مهمترین تاثیر بکارگیری اینترنت اشیاء محسوب میشود و پس از آن به ترتیب حفظ کیفیت گندم و رضایت مشتریان (06/3)، بهبود نظارت (71/2) و کاهش هزینهها (70/2) در رتبههای بعدی قرار میگیرند.

شناسایی مولفههای اثرگذار بر صادرات خرمای ایران به اتحادیه اروپا
صادرات کشاورزی نقش محوری در اعتلای اقتصاد اجتماعی از مسیر افزایش درآمد کشاورزی و کاهش فقر دارد. ایران همواره یکی از دو صادرکننده برتر خرما بوده است که با وجود افزایش سهم از بازار جهانی، با کاهش سهم صادراتی در بازار کشورهای اتحادیه اروپا به عنوان مهمترین مقصد صادراتی روبرو بوده است. از اینرو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مولفههای اثرگذار بر صادرات خرمای ایران به 28 کشور اتحادیه اروپا در دوره زمانی 2001-2018 است. جهت دستیابی به هدف پژوهش از الگوی جاذبه و دو روش براوردی حداقل مربعات معمولی و درستنمایی شبه بیشینه پوآسن استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که روش درستنمایی شبه بیشینه پوآسن روشی کاراتر در تحلیل مولفههای پیشبینیکننده صادرات ایران به اتحادیه اروپا است. بنابر نتایج، اندازه اقتصاد و تفاوت اقتصادی اثری مثبت و معنیدار بر صادرات خرمای ایران داشته است. در حالیکه موانع و مقاومتهای تجاری همانند فاصله، تحریمهای اقتصادی و بحران غذا نقش اثری منفی بر صادرات نداشتهاند. درنهایت این نتیجه بدست آمد که تخصصی شدن واردات خرما در کشورهای اتحادیه اروپا اثری فزاینده و معنیدار بر صادرات ایران داشته است. با توجه به عدم اثرگذاری مقاومتهای تجاری بر صادرات خرمای ایران، پیشنهاد میشود که بازارهای پردرآمد اروپایی که با تخصصی شدن در واردات همراه هستند مورد هدف قرار گیرند.
