تأثیر ترجیحهای زمانی مصرفکنندگان بر انتخاب برنج ارگانیک در شهر شیراز
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر ترجیحات زمانی خانوارهای شیرازی بر تمایل به پرداخت اضافه آنان برای برنج ارگانیک نسبت به برنج معمولی انجام شد. برای استخراخ ترجیحات زمانی افراد از مقیاس سنجش عواقب آینده چهارده گویهای استفاده شد. تمایل به پرداخت مازاد پاسخگویان براساس روش ارزشگذاری مشروط با سؤالهای دوگانه یک طرفه استخراج شد. طراحی بردار پیشنهاد قیمت و تخصیص حجم نمونه بین مقادیر مختلف این بردار بر اساس معیار کمینهکردن واریانس تمایل به پرداخت و بر اساس روش کوپر انجام شد. دادههای مورد نیاز در خرداد ماه 1397 با تکمیل 536 پرسشنامه از شهروندان شیرازی جمعآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تخمین مدل رگرسیون نرمال سانسور شده انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج، تأثیر متغیر ترجیحات زمانی مصرفکنندگان بر تمایل به پرداخت اضافه آنان برای مصرف برنج ارگانیک نسبت به معمولی مثبت و معنیدار برآورد شد، به طوری که آنها حاضر به پرداخت مبلغی اضافه برای خرید برنج ارگانیک هستند. اثر متقابل متغیرهای سطح تحصیلات و ترجیحات زمانی در سطح یک درصد با تأثیر مثبت معنیدار شد. این امر حاکی از آن است که با ثابت در نظر گرفتن ترجیحات زمانی افراد، مصرفکنندگان با تحصیلات دانشگاهی حاضرند که درصد بیشتری اضافه پرداخت نسبت به افراد بدون تحصیلات دانشگاهی داشته باشند. لذا با فرض این که تحصیلات دانشگاهی منجر به افزایش بینش زیست محیطی افراد شده است، افزایش سواد عمومی جامعه نسبت به حفظ محیط زیست از طریق رسانههای عمومی با هدف تحریک تقاضا برای محصولات ارگانیک و طرفدار محیط زیست، از طرف سیاستگذار مد نظر قرار گیرد.

تحلیل برنامههای محرومیتزدایی بر شاخصهای امنیت غذایی در سطح خانوار: کاربرد تحلیل فرارگرسیون فضایی در حوزه روششناسی جورسازی نمره گرایش (PSM)
در طول بیش از سه دهه محققان به شناسایی عوامل مختلف موثر بر امنیت غذایی اعم از کشت محصولات غیر غذایی (سوخت زیستی)، مدیریت آب، تخریب محیطزیست، بازار نیروی کار، جهانی سازی و ... مبادرت ورزیدهاند. در دهه اخیر با گسترش مطالعات در سطح خانوار و با هدف ارزیابی برنامههای موثر بر امنیت غذایی خانوار در کشورهای در حال توسعه افریقایی و آسیایی استفاده از PSM و شاخصهای امنیت غذایی با قابلیت تحلیل اقتصادی افزایش یافته است. چرا که شاخصهای رایج بهداشت و سلامت فاقد قابلیت تحلیل اقتصادی هستند. از اینرو انباشت مطالعات با روششناسی PSM منبع اطلاعاتی مناسبی برای بررسی تغییر وضعیت امنیت غذایی تحت برنامههای اجرا شده در خانوارهای هدف فراهم میکند. این مطالعه با بهرهگیری از الگوی فرا رگرسیون فضایی در صدد پاسخ به سوالاتی از قبیل تغییر وضعیت امنیت غذایی خانوارها در کشورهای در حال توسعه افریقایی و آسیایی در طول یک دهه گذشته، تاثیر تعدیلات روششناسی PSM بر یافتههای محققان در حوزه امنیت غذایی و سرانجام تاثیر برنامههای اجرا شده بر امنیت غذایی خانوار برآمده است. یافتهها نشان میدهد در حالت کلی در طول زمان مورد بررسی سطح امنیت غذایی خانوارهای تحت برنامه (اقدام سیاستی) با سایر خانوارها همگرا شده است. همچنین برنامههای کمک غذایی و مداخلات هدفمند در حوزه کشاورزی و توسعه روستایی مانند استفاده از بذر اصلاح شده به افزایش سطح همگرایی منجر میشود؛ در حالی که برنامههای از نوع تامین مالی فاقد این قابلیت هستند. از طرف دیگر استفاده از شاخص امنیت غذایی به عنوان شاخص موازی با سایر شاخصها به کاهش سطح همگرایی میانجامد.

تجزیه رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید گندم در استان فارس با استفاده از مدل مرزی – تصادفی فضایی
هدف از این پژوهش، تجزیه رشد بهرهوری محصول گندم در مناطق استان فارس طی دوره زمانی 1392-1397 با استفاده از روش مرزی تصادفی فضایی و کاربرد تابع هزینه ترانسلوگ است. با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از تخمین مدل، رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید به دو جزء تغییر تکنولوژی و اثر مقیاس تجزیه شد. نتایج نشان داد که بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید محصول گندم در استان فارس بهطور متوسط در دوره مورد نظر 029/0 رشد داشته است و تأثیر اثرات مستقیم رشد بهرهوری به طور میانگین بیش از اثرات غیرمستقیم آن است. میانگین نرخ رشد تغییر تکنولوژی و اثر مقیاس 002/0- و 031/0 است و لذا سهم اثر مقیاس در رشد بهرهوری کل بیشتر از سهم تغییرات تکنولوژی است و عدم همسویی میانگین نرخ رشد اثر مقیاس و تغییر تکنولوژی باعث رشد ناچیز بهرهوری شده است. با توجه به یافتهها، لازم است موانع استفاده از تکنولوژیهای نوین تسهیل شود. سیاست یکپارچهسازی اراضی در راستای راهبردهای آمایش سرزمین میتواند گامی موثر برای بهینهسازی مقیاس تولید باشد و زمینه توسعه تکنولوژی فراهم شود و نتیجه آن بهبود رشد بهرهوری خواهد بود.

تحلیل همبستگی فضایی رشد بخش کشاورزی و غیر کشاورزی در نواحی اقتصادی-کشاورزی افغانستان
بخش کشاورزی با سهم 20 درصدی از تولید ناخالص داخلی و سهم 45 درصدی از اشتغال، مهمترین بخش اقتصادی افغانستان برای کاهش سطح فقر و بیکاری و بهبود امنیتغذایی در این کشور است. بر همین مبنا، انتظار میرود رشد بخش کشاورزی بر دیگر بخشهای اقتصادی نیز اثرگذار باشد. هدف مطالعهی حاضر، تعیین همبستگی فضایی بین بخش کشاورزی و بخشهای صنعت و خدمات به تفکیک نواحی اقتصادی–کشاورزی افغانستان برای بررسی چگونگی ارتباط این بخش با دیگر بخشهای اقتصادی با بهرهگیری از الگوهای فضایی تابلویی ایستا و پویا میباشد. به این منظور، نواحی اقتصادی-کشاورزی افغانستان تعیین شده و پس از تایید وجود خودهمبستگی فضایی مثبت با استفاده از آمارههای تشخیصی، میزان همبستگی فضایی بین رشد بخش کشاورزی در این نواحی در قالب الگوی رگرسیون فضایی در اجزای اخلال (SEM) و همچنین الگوهای ایستا و پویای مختلط خودرگرسیون-خودرگرسیون فضایی (SAR) به عنوان مدلنهایی ارزیابی شدند. در الگوهای برآوردی برای دوره زمانی 1397-1380 علاوه بر اثرات سرریز رشد بخش صنعت و خدمات، به نقش سرمایهگذاریهای دولتی، حمایتهای بینالمللی و سرمایه انسانی با لحاظ ویژگیهای خاص قومی، مذهبی و مکانی هر ناحیه نیز توجه شده و اثرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم حاصل از هر عامل استخراج شد. نتایج گویای سرریز رشد بخشهای غیرکشاورزی و نقش سرمایه گذاریهای فیزیکی و انسانی (دانش فنی) در پیوندهای منطقهای رشد بخش کشاورزی میباشد که در نظرگرفتن آنها در سیاستگذاری منطقهای بخش کشاورزی، بر اثر بخشی برنامه ریزیهای رشد بخش کشاورزی می افزاید؛ همچنین در این زمینه بر اهمیت حفظ استمرار رشد بخش کشاورزی، جذب حمایتهای بین المللی و ارتقاء سطح سرمایه انسانی تأکید میشود. از سوی دیگر توجه به سیاستگذاری بین بخشی و توسعه متوازن بخشها زمینه ساز رشد و توسعه فراگیر اقتصاد افغانستان خواهد بود.

ارزیابی اثرگذاریهای انتشار گازهای گلخانهای بر عملکرد و الگوی کشت محصولهای منتخب زراعی استان تهران
در مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی اثرات انتشار گازهای گلخانهای بر عملکرد و الگوی کشت محصولات منتخب زراعی استان تهران مورد بررسی و کنکاش قرار گرفت. برای این منظور، ابتدا با استفاده از مدلهای گردش عمومی (GCM) میزان اثرات گازهای گلخانهای بر میانگین متغیرهای اقلیمی دما و بارش تحت سناریوهای انتشار A1B، A2 و B1 بررسی شد. این کار به کمک سامانه دیتایی GCM/RCM و مدل ریزمقیاس LARS-WG صورت گرفت. در ادامه، با استفاده از رویکرد اقتصادسنجی و تحلیل رگرسیون اثرات متغیرهای اقلیمی دما و بارش بر میانگین عملکرد محصولات منتخب زراعی ارزیابی شد. جهت بررسی تغییرات عملکرد محصولات بر الگوهای زراعی از مدل برنامهریزی ریاضی اثباتی (PMP) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که رفتار متغیرهای اقلیمی دما و بارش طی دورههای آتی در سطح حوضههای مطالعاتی استان تهران نسبت به دوره پایه به ترتیب افزایشی (27/0 تا 75/3 درجه سانتیگراد) و کاهشی (63/0 تا 1/41 میلیمتر) خواهد بود. افزایش تمایل کشاورزان جهت توسعه سطح زیرکشت گندم آبی، ذرت دانهای و کلزا و کاهش سطح زیرکشت جو آبی، گوجهفرنگی، هندوانه و آفتابگردان در الگوی زراعی استان تهران از نتایج اعمال سناریوی اقلیمی تلفیقی (افزایش دو درجهای دما و کاهش 20 میلیمتری بارش) در این مطالعه است. تحت شرایط رخداد تغییر اقلیم، هندوانه و آفتابگردان به ترتیب با بیشترین تغییرات کاهشی در عملکرد (1/13، 7/17 درصد) و سطح زیرکشت (8/68 و 9/31 درصد) به عنوان حساسترین محصولات در الگوی زراعی استان تهران شناسایی شدند. از این رو، برنامه-ریزی جهت کاهش و یا توسعه سطح آنها طی دورههای آتی در الگوی کشت منطقه به زارعین و مسئولان ذیربط در بخش کشاورزی توصیه میشود.

بررسی مناسب بودن راهبرد مبادله آب مجازی محصولهای گندم، جو و برنج در استانهای ایران: ارزیابی با استفاده از شاخص یکپارچه آبی- بومسامانهای- اقتصادی
کشور ایران، یکی از کشورهای جهان است که با محدودیت منابع آبی رو به رو است و بیش از 90 درصد منابع آبی آن در بخش کشاورزی مصرف میشود. طرح مبادله آب مجازی یکی از روشهای مناسب برای بهینهسازی مصرف آب در بخش کشاورزی است. برای بررسی مناسب بودن استراتژی مبادله آب مجازی محصولات نیازمند این است که علاوه بر توجه به منابع آبی به عوامل اقتصادی، فناوری و حمل و نقل، محیط زیست توجه شود. در این راستا، در تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیل مولفههای اصلی و با درنظرگرفتن شاخصهای منابع، فناوری و حمل و نقل، اقتصاد، جامعه و محیط زیست، مناسب بودن طرح مبادله آب مجازی محصولات گندم، جو و شلتوک برای هر استان بررسی شده است. بر اساس نتایج این مقاله، برای مبادله آب مجازی محصول گندم، استانهای کرمانشاه، ایلام و فارس دارای وضعیت خوب و استانهای خراسان شمالی و گلستان دارای وضعیت ضعیف هستند. در محصول جو استان چهارمحال بختیاری دارای وضعیت خوب و استان خراسان رضوی وضعیت ضعیف قرار دارد. برای محصول شلتوک، استان مازندران دارای وضعیت خوب و استانهای گیلان و گلستان دارای وضعیت ضعیف میباشد.
