آزمون ارتباطات پیشین و پسین رشد کشاورزی و فشار بر منابع طبیعی در ایران

چکیده

کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی یک ارتباط دو سویه با هم دارند، و هدف این مطالعه بررسی اتباطات بین بخش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی در قابل روابط پیشین و پسین بین این دو بخش میباشد. از این رو رابطه بین مصرف آب در بخش کشاورزی و ارزش افزوده سرانه این بخش برای بررسی ارتباطات پیشین و رابطه بین انتشار دی اکسید کربن در این بخش و ارزش افزوده سرانه بخش کشاورزی، به عنوان ارتباطات پسین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. برای آزمون این روابط از تئوری کوزنتس استفاده شده است. از آمار و اطلاعات استانهای ایران در بین سالهای 1380 تا 1392 و با استفاده از روش داده های پانل و روش اقتصادی سنجی فضایی، تخمین های لازم انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داد که یک رابطه U معکوس بین انتشار دی اکسید کربن و ارزش افزوده و همچنین بین مصرف آب و ارزش افزوده بخش کشاورزی ایران وجود داشته است. همچنین نتایج تخمین فضایی نشان داد که در هر دو رگرسیون تخمین زده شده، وجود اثرات فضایی مورد تایید بوده است. از این رو یک رابطه مستقیم بین میزان انتشار CO2 در یک منطقه، بر روی انشتار آن در مناطق مجاور وجود داشته است. این رابطه در مورد مصرف سرانه آب نیز وجود داشته است. حال با توجه به تایید منحنی کوزنتس در استانهای ایران، تدوام رشد کشاورزی میتواند منجر به کنترل انتشار CO2 و افزایش بهره وری ارزشی آب در این بخش گردد.
