تجزیه رشد بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید گندم در استان فارس با استفاده از مدل مرزی – تصادفی فضایی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، تجزیه رشد بهره‌وری محصول گندم در مناطق استان فارس طی دوره زمانی 1392-1397 با استفاده از روش مرزی تصادفی فضایی و کاربرد تابع هزینه ترانسلوگ است. با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از تخمین مدل، رشد بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید به دو جزء تغییر تکنولوژی و اثر مقیاس تجزیه شد. نتایج نشان داد که بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید محصول گندم در استان فارس به‌طور متوسط در دوره مورد نظر 029/0 رشد داشته است و تأثیر اثرات مستقیم رشد بهره‌وری به طور میانگین بیش از اثرات غیر‌مستقیم آن است. میانگین نرخ رشد تغییر تکنولوژی و اثر مقیاس 002/0- و 031/0 است و لذا سهم اثر مقیاس در رشد بهره‌وری کل بیشتر از سهم تغییرات تکنولوژی است و عدم همسویی میانگین نرخ رشد اثر مقیاس و تغییر تکنولوژی باعث رشد ناچیز بهره‌وری شده است. با توجه به یافته‌ها، لازم است موانع استفاده از تکنولوژی‌های نوین تسهیل شود. سیاست یکپارچه‌سازی اراضی در راستای راهبردهای آمایش سرزمین می‌تواند گامی موثر برای بهینه‌سازی مقیاس تولید باشد و زمینه توسعه تکنولوژی فراهم شود و نتیجه آن بهبود رشد بهره‌وری خواهد بود.
