Guide for Authors

The Agricultural Economics Journal will assess and consider research articles related to the different branches of Agricultural Economics that have never been published and that have never been sent to any other publication.

Writers submitting articles must first register with the Journal’s website. Once registered, they can download the link that will allow them to submit their articles.

Attention:

After publishing the article, the author assigns all copyright to the journal.

All responsibilities regarding articles as well as the order of names belong to the writers submitting the articles and all formal correspondence will be with him or her. Students at a Masters and Doctoral level must have the permission of their advisor or advisors before submitting their articles to the journal.

All writers submitting articles must also complete and send all forms related to the written undertaking, author’s biography and visual abstract to the Editor in Chief along with their original article file.

In order to speed up the assessment and printing process, it’s important that all submitted articles be in the format accepted by the Journal and the following point be obeyed. It’s important to note that if submitted articles are not within the acceptable format they will not be submitted to the referees for assessment and approval.

The article must be at most 15 pages otherwise it will not be submitted for assessment.

Guide to Making Payments

The fee for the referring process is 50 thousand Tomans which is to be paid when the author receives an email from the Journal’s office. The fee may only be paid online through the Journal’s website. A confirmation image will appear after the payment is made.

 

 

Publication Cost for Articles

The cost to publish articles in The Agricultural Economics Journal comes to ten thousand Tomans per page. However, a 20 percent discount will be considered for members.

Note: If articles are not submitted in the requested and proper format they will not be sent to referees for assessment and will be sent back to the main author. The author willnotified and given a timeframe to resubmit their article in the proper format.

It must be noted here that a file that is sent to a referee as acomplete article must not have the authors name/names listed. Also, if a brief description of the article is sent it must only have the title of the article, abstract, article classification and key words.
