The goal of present study is to survey the effect of support of general services on productivity of agriculture sector during the "Five-year Development Plans" in Iran. Using Almon distributed lag model, relation between variable were studied. The result showed that the support have had positive effect on total productivity of production factors, by the effect of the increasing 1% in support amount of general services in agriculture sector in long-term, the level of total productivity of production factors raise 0.0713%. Therefore, for increasing production and power of domestic production and easing to join to WTO in level of the world that had non-price policies, we suggest that the level of the general services in agriculture sector should be increasing. حمایت از خدمات عمومی بخش کشاورزی یکی از حمایت‌های غیرقیمتی است که شامل ارزش پولی ناخالص سالیانه‌ی اختصاص یافته به خدمات عمومی از قبیل زیرساخت‌ها، تحقیق و توسعه، مراکز آموزشی، مراکز خدمات بازرسی، بازاریابی و توسعه‌ی بازار، و ذخیره‌سازی عمومی هستند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی آثار میزان حمایت از خدمات عمومی بر بهره‌وری بخش کشاورزی در سال‌های اجرای برنامه‌ی اول تا چهارم توسعه است. با استفاده از الگوی توزیع تاخیری آلمون به بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرها پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که این نوع حمایت‌ها در طول این سال‌ها اثر مثبتی بر بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید داشته‌اند، به‌طوری‌که در بلندمدت بر اثر افزایش 1‌ درصد در میزان حمایت از خدمات عمومی، مقدار 0713/0 درصد بر میزان بهره‌وری افزوده خواهد شد. بنابراین پیش‌نهاد می‌شود برای افزایش بهره‌وری و توان تولید داخلی و رقابت در بازارهای جهانی، از سیاست‌های حمایت غیرقیمتی مانند میزان حمایت از خدمات عمومی در بخش کشاورزی، افزایش یابد. https://www.iranianjae.ir/article_9951_fb6c84779f12283a81d739d8f088fc12.pdf
