ارزیابی قابلیت سازگاری دهستان‎ های دشت نیشابور با سیاست های حفاظت از منابع آب زیرزمینی

چکیده

اتخاذ سیاست­های یکسان در مدیریت منابع آب در یک دشت و یا حوضه آبی به دلیل ناهمگن بودن نواحی آن، اغلب منجر به کاهش اثربخشی سیاست­ها می­شود. از این رو، سنجش قابلیت سازگاری ناحیه­ها مختلف منطقه مورد بررسی با سیاست­های حفاظت از منابع آب آن، می­تواند مهم و ضروری باشد. هدف از این بررسی ارزیابی قابلیت سازگاری دهستان‎های دشت نیشابور با سیاست­های حفاظت از منابع آب زیرزمینی می‌باشد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، در گام نخست معیارها و زیرمعیارهای اقتصادی، جمعیتی، محیط­زیستی، آموزشی و فرهنگی و همچنین ارتباطات، انتخاب و آن­گاه با استفاده از روش Fuzzy AHP وزن هر یک معیارها و زیرمعیارها مشخص شد. سپس با استفاده از روش تصمیم­گیری چندمعیاره (PROMETHEE) وضعیت هر یک دهستان­های دشت نیشابور بر مبنای شاخص موردبررسی در سال 1396 مشخص شد. نتایج نشان داد که معیارهای اقتصادی و محیط­زیستی به ترتیب با وزن­های 40 و 19 درصد اهمیت بالاتری در مقایسه با دیگر معیارها در شاخص قابلیت سازگاری دارا هستند. بر مبنای نتایج این تحقیق سه دهستان اردوغش، مازول و زبرخان دارای قابلیت سازگاری بالاتری با سیاست­های حفاظت از منابع آب زیرزمینی در مقایسه با دیگر دهستان­های دشت است و دهستان­های‌ غزالی، عشق‌آباد و بلهرات در رتبه­های پایین­تری قرار دارد. به‌منظور افزایش همکاری کشاورزان در دهستان­های جنوبی و غربی دشت با برنامه­های حفاظت از  منابع آب پیشنهاد می­شود از سیاست­های آموزشی و تشویقی مناسب به‌عنوان سیاست­های مکمل در این منطقه­ها استفاده شود.
