کاهش ضایعات محصول‌های کشاورزی؛ راهبرد بهینه‌ی ارتقاء امنیت غذایی

چکیده

سلامت و امنیت غذایی یک کشور وابسته به تولیدهای بخش کشاورزی است و هر اختلالی در روند تولیدهای این بخش می‎تواند امنیت غذایی خانوارها را تهدید کند. در میان چالش‌های اثرگذار بر بخش کشاورزی، تغییرهای اقلیم به دلیل تاثیر مستقیم بر عملکرد محصول‌ها و نیز منابع آب، دارای اهمیتی دو چندان است. این در حالی است که در دهه‌های آتی، تغییرهای اقلیم پدیده‌ای مشهود در اغلب منطقه‌های خشک و نیمه‌خشک همچون ایران خواهد بود. از این رو با توجه به اهمیت تأمین غذا در فرآیند توسعه‌ اقتصادی، بررسی پیامدهای رفاهی پدیده‌ تغییر اقلیم و نیز ارائه‌‌ی راهکارهای سازگاری با آن ضروری است. بر این اساس، این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی راهبرد مدیریتی کاهش ضایعات محصول‌های کشاورزی برای رویارویی با پیامدهای تغییرهای اقلیم بر امنیت غذایی خانوارهای کشاورز دشت همدان- بهار طرح‌ریزی شد. نتایج نشان داد که با در نظر گرفتن رویکردی میانه در پیش‌بینی تغییرهای اقلیم منطقه، همگام با افزایش برداشت از منابع آب زیرزمینی به میزان 25 درصد، افزایش میانگین قیمت محصول‌های کشاورزی به میزان 39 درصد و کاهش 13 درصدی تولیدهای کشاورزی در دوره‌ برنامه‌ریزی 20 ساله‌ی تحقیق نسبت به سال پایه‌ 97-1396، ارزش حال درآمد خالص تولیدکنندگان در بخش کشاورزی منطقه به میزان 22 درصد کاهش و شاخص سوء تغذیه به میزان 47 درصد افزایش خواهد یافت که اتخاذ راهبرد مدیریتی یادشده، بهبود شرایط ناامنی غذایی دشت به میزان 25 درصد را در پی خواهد داشت.
