آزمون قانون قیمت واحد و تعدیلات غیرخطی قیمت‌ها در بازار گوشت‌مرغ در استان‌های شمال‌غرب کشور

چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت بررسی پیوستگی بازارها و قانون قیمت واحد در ادبیات موضوع و سهم قابل توجه گوشت‌مرغ در سبد غذایی خانوارهای ایرانی، آیا بازار این محصول بین استان‌های شمالغرب کشور دارای پیوسته مکانی می‌باشد؟ به همین منظور در مطالعه حاضر قانون قیمت واحد (LOP) بین بازارهای گوشت‌مرغ در استان‌های شمال‌غرب با استفاده از داده‌های روزانه قیمت خرده‌فروشی گوشت‌مرغ طی سال‌های 92-1385 مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. در سال‌های اخیر بسیاری از مطالعات سری‌های زمانی اقتصادی، شواهدی مبنی بر وجود خصوصیات غیرخطی در سری‌های زمانی را نشان می‌دهند. با توجه به اینکه روابط قیمت‌های مکانی به دلیل هزینه‌های مبادله‌ای ممکن است غیرخطی باشد، در این پژوهش، ابتدا جهت اطمینان از غیرخطی بودن سری قیمت‌ها از آزمون‌های لوکنن وهمکاران (1988) و BDS بهره گرفته شد. نتیجه هر دو آزمون مؤید وجود رابطه غیرخطی بین سری‌های مورد مطالعه بود. در نتیجه از رهیافت پیشنهادی امنوئیلیدس و فوسکیس (2012) که یک رگرسیون کمکی برای الگوی ESTAR می‌باشد برای آزمون قانون قیمت واحد (LOP) در بازارهای گوشت مرغ استان‌های مذکور استفاده شد. طبق نتایج بدست آمده این بازارها بخوبی پیوسته بوده و LOP در تمامی جفت‌های بازار برقرار است. بر این اساس دولت می‌تواند قیمت گوشت‌مرغ را در یک بازار کلیدی و مرکزی با ثبات نماید و با تکیه بر جنبه‌های تجاری یک نتیجه مشابه در سایر استان‌ها بوجود بیاورد. این مسئله هزینه با ثبات کردن قیمت‌ها در بازار گوشت‌مرغ را به طور قابل ملاحظه‌ای کاهش می‌دهد.
