مدل ساختاری تاثیرپذیری عملکرد شرکت های صادرات محصولات کشاورزی از منابع مالی، اطلاعاتی و رابطه ای و نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی

چکیده

بخش کشاورزی یکی از بخش‌های مهم اقتصادی است که بررسی ارتباط میان صادرات و رشد اقتصادی در این بخش دارای اهمیت فراوانی است. آنچه در این میان مهم است بررسی عامل مؤثر بر صادرات و تعیین متغیرهای مهم و سپس سیاست‌گذاری مناسب بر مبنای نتایج بدست آمده از تحقیق و توسعه صادرات کشاورزی می‌باشد. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تأثیر منبع‌های ناملموس بر قابلیت‌های پویا و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد صادراتی محصول‌های کشاورزی با نقش تعدیل‌گری مسئولیت اجتماعی صورت پذیرفته است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، صادرکنندگان محصولات کشاورزی استان آذربایجان شرقی است. شمار اعضای جامعه آماری تحقیق 337 نفر برآورد شده که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس شمار نمونه 161 پرسشنامه‌ توسط صادرکنندگان محصول‌های کشاورزی تکمیل شد. آن‌گاه داده‌های این پرسشنامه‌ها استخراج و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی.ال.اس. تجزیه ‌و ‌تحلیل شدند. بررسی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که منبع‌های مالی، منبع‌های اطلاعاتی و منبع‌های رابطه­ای بر قابلیت­های پویا و قابلیت­های پویا و مسئولیت اجتماعی بر عملکرد صادرات به طور مستقیم تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارند. همچنین، نتایج نشان‌دهنده نقش میانجی قابلیت­های پویا در تأثیر منبع‌های مالی، منبع‌های اطلاعاتی، به‌جز منبع‌های رابطه‌ای بر عملکرد صادراتی می‌باشد. و در نهایت مسئولیت اجتماعی نقش تعدیل­کننده در رابطه بین قابلیت­های پویا و عملکرد صادراتی ایفا نکرد
