بررسی صرفه‌های ناشی از اندازه در شالیزارهای برنج استان گیلان

چکیده

افزایش هزینه­ های تولید برنج در سال‌های اخیر، منجر به افزایش قابل ملاحظه قیمت برنج در کشور شده است. از سویی کوچکی و خردی اراضی در کشت برنج بسیار شایع بوده که این امر به باور اقتصاددانان، عدم استفاده بهینه ،منطقه‌هایی که در آن کوچکی و خردی اراضی برنج تا حد زیادی به چشم می‌خورد، استان گیلان می‌باشد. بنابراین بررسی تجربی صرفه­های ناشی از اندازه در شالیزارها به منظور بهره­برداری برای کاهش هزینه­های تولید، اهمیت ویژه­ای داشته است. این تحقیق نیز با همین هدف در شالیزارهای استان گیلان که از قطب‌های اصلی تولید برنج به‌شمار می‌آید، انجام شده است. بدین منظور اطلاعات مربوط به تولید و هزینه ­کشت برنج از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه از 180 کشاورز برنجکار در چهار شهرستان استان گیلان، برای سال زراعی 1399-1398 گرد­آوری شد. با بهره­گیری از نظریه دوگان، تابع هزینه در سه شکل ترانسلوگ، درجه دوم تعمیم یافته و لوئنتیف تعمیم یافته برآورد و بهترین شکل تابعی با استفاده از معیارهای اقتصادسنجی انتخاب شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شکل تابعی ترانسلوگ مناسب‌ترین شکل برای بیان فناوری تولید محصول برنج است. محاسبه پارامتر ساختاری اقتصاد اندازه گویای از وجود مزیت صرفه‌های ناشی از اندازه در شالیزارهای برنج در استان گیلان می‌باشد و با توجه به منفی بودن شیب تابع هزینه متوسط امکان تعیین اندازه بهینه واحدهای تولیدی مورد بررسی نیز امکان‌پذیر نمی‌باشد. بنابراین امکان کاهش هزینه‌های تولید و قیمت تمام شده این محصول با افزایش اندازه شالیزارها وجود دارد. لذا سیاست یکپارچه‌سازی اراضی و افزایش مقیاس تولید، به عنوان راهکاری مؤثر برای کاهش هزینه‌های تولید پیشنهاد و تاکید می‌شود.
