نقش فضای مجازی و سکوهای فروش آنلایندر ارتقای بازاریابی محصولات کشاورزی شرکت گلستان تحت شرایط تحریمی در شهر تهران

چکیده
فشارهای ناشی از تحریم و محدودیت‌های ساختاری در دسترسی به بازارهای بین‌المللی، ضرورت بهره‌گیری از کانال‌های دیجیتال را برای برندهای داخلی دوچندان کرده است.پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش فضای مجازی و سکوهای (پلتفرم‌های) فروش آنلاین در ارتقای بازاریابی محصولات کشاورزی شرکت گلستان در شهر تهران انجام شده است و شرایط تحریمی به‌عنوان یک متغیر تعدیل‌کننده در آن موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کاربران سکوهای دیجی‌کالا، اسنپ‌مارکت و باسلام، به‌همراه مخاطبان وب‌سایت رسمی شرکت گلستان و مصرف‌کنندگان محصولات منتخب شامل چای، برنج، حبوبات، ادویه‌جات و خشکبار می‌باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران ۳۸۴ نفر تعیین و داده‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، در سال 1404 گردآوری شدند. روایی سازه‌ها با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ تأیید گردید و آزمون فرضیات با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار SmartPLS3 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد فضای مجازی بیشترین اثر را بر افزایش آگاهی و اعتبار برند دارد و سکوهای فروش آنلاین بیشترین نقش را در تسهیل فرآیند خرید و افزایش نرخ تبدیل ایفا می‌کنند. همچنین، در شرایط تحریمی، هم‌افزایی این دو ابزار موجب تقویت بسیاری از مسیرهای اثرگذاری شده است. نتایج نشان داد که پویایی بازاریابی دیجیتال در شرایط محدودکننده، حاصل انتقال مؤثر سرمایه ارتباطی فضای مجازی به بسترهای فروش آنلاین و تبدیل تعامل به وابستگی مشتری است؛ سازوکاری که می‌تواند در بستر تحریم، به حفظ بازار و ایجاد مزیت رقابتی پایدار برای برندهای کشاورزی بینجامد.
