تحلیل انتقال قیمت گوشت مرغ در استانهای منتخب بر اساس نظریه قیمت گذاری آربیتراژ: کاربرد رویکرد معادلات همزمان با دو آستانه متغیر

چکیده

مسائل وچالش­های پیش آمده در چند سال گذشته نشان دهنده اهمیت انتقال قیمت در راهبرد­های سیاستی است. انتقال سریع قیمت دستاورد بازار رقابت کامل بوده و یکی از نشانه­های آن به شمار می­آید. با توجه به تغییرپذیری­های به­وجود آمده در طرف تقاضا گوشت مرغ و اهمیت بازار آن، هدف این پژوهش بررسی و ارزیابی انتقال قیمت این محصول بین چهار استان تهران، مازندران، گیلان و اصفهان است. از قیمت­های ماهانه در استان­های منتخب طی سال­های 1382 تا 1397 به عنوان داده­های تحقیق استفاده شد. برای ارزیابی چگونگی انتقال قیمت بین بازار­های منتخب، دستگاه معادله­های همزمان تابلویی استفاده شد. ضرایب الگو به روش حداقل مربعات سه مرحله­ای برآورد گردید. نتایج نشان داد که انتقال قیمت در بازارهای تهران-مازندران و مازندران-اصفهان متقارن است. اما در بازارهای اصفهان- مازندران، گلستان- اصفهان و مازندران- گلستان عدم تقارن وجود دارد. همچنین آربیتراژ در بازار بین مازندران- گلستان و اصفهان- گلستان در سطح یک درصد معنی­دار است. همچنین نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که اگر تفاوت قیمت ایجاد شده ناشی از عدم تقارن بین قیمت دو بازار بیشتر از میزان هزینه حمل گوشت مرغ بین بازار مازندران- گلستان و اصفهان- گلستان باشد، سود، انگیزه لازم را جهت انجام مبادله بین دو استان را برای آربیتراژگران فراهم می­کند. فعالیت آربیتراژگران بازارهای مرغ موجب تعدیل قیمت طی برای یک دوره می­شود. بنابر یافته­های این پژوهش، برای بررسی انتقال قیمت بین بازارها تنها به جهت تغییرها توجه نشده بلکه اندازه تغییر نیز توجه شود.
